Good but Had bigger expectations

We decided to stay in mint apartments during new year eve because we wanted to see the fireworks, and when we did the booking the staff told us that for sure we were going to be able to see them from the apartmen, but when we arrive there, the apartment had river view but we didn't see any firework at all.
We left a bit diss appointed.

Perfect place for a relaxing holiday. Traveled with a 14month old, cot and Highchair in the room when we arrived, rooms very spacious and clean. Very close to river access and ferry service our only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer!

Overpriced and dirty rooms, will never return

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment for 5 nights over Christmas. When we got there reception was closed (2:30pm on a Saturday) We had no access to the building so called the after hours number which took 20mins to get through. This was the last thing we felt like doing after a 12hr drive. Once we finally gained access to the room it didn't take long to realise that the money spent ($800 just for Christmas night) was wasted. Every piece of crockery had to be washed before we could use it as there were dried up food stains on every one, the cutlery draw contained a rusty old picnic set, the shower head in the bathroom sprayed light mist everywhere, the view of Story Bridge that was promised could be seen if you hung yourself right over the edge of the balcony and stretched to look around the building otherwise it was just a view of the many concrete buildings at eye height and the ear piercing sound of constant emergency vehicles with their sirens blaring. The beds felt like beanbags with not enough beans and were extremely uncomfortable. The couch which use to be white was now stained brown and had to be wiped down before we would sit on it and the dining table chairs' screws fell out causing the chair to fall apart when sat on... and no we are not big people.
Tip: Don't even bother

 I have passed your feedback to  the housekeeping manager of the company that provides our cleaning services to address directly with the housekeeping team to ensure the normally high standards are maintained.

 Our apartments with views of the river regularly receive positive reviews particularly ones on the 25th floor or higher such as yours, although due to the lay out of the building there are some different angles that the story bridge is able to be viewed.

Comfortable stay

I generally stay regularly on business trips, but our last included family members. The staff are always helpful and very accommodating. The location makes it easy to navigate in and put of the city and it's quiet. The facilities are good plus you have the added bonus of being riverside so a walk / run gives you another option than just gyming indoors.

• Is there anything we can do to improve the quality of your next stay?
  If I could offer a suggestion: The beds and bedding need upgrading. Why traveling solo for work the bed is ok, but with a partner not very comfortable.
• Please let us know of any Mint team member who provided exceptional service

I have stayed here quite a few times, and keep coming back!
the rooms are well appointed and the staff are always friendly. 
the views are great and is so close to everything (especially the Valley!)

The Baht Tub was Too small for a family room,And Very Dirty,

The full Dirt is stuck in the corner of the rubber stick permanently in the baht tub.And we request on the highest floor and we got on the 24th floor that was not high enough.The receptionist name Mitchell Banner,Told me on the check inn that she will give us on the 41 floor,But then she change her mind to give me on the 24th floor.And told me that the 24th floor was better then 41th floor,and i was stupid to trust her,and shes was too smart.

Not pleased with stay

-smell on fourth floor in foyer was very unpleasant
-cups and plates were dirty
-dishwasher didn't work
-Vacuum cleaners full and smelled
-for a three bedroom apartment and having a three seated couch was ridiculous
-one tv was poor if u have children very un practical
-air con control noisy in main room
Not please with stay !
