From the moment i walked into the hotel, i felt at ease. My room was exceptional and so relaxing. My expectations about the hotel were well and truly met, even exceeded. The room was so lovely, clean, modern, neat and so quiet. I could not get enough of the wonderful king size bed, it was so comfortable and soft that i could have easily not woken up. Housekeeping were exceptional as well, cleaning my room everyday i left for business. And coming home to a clean room was so nice. Great stay ! I will be back !

I have never written a client comment regarding accommodation because I'm not easily impressed. My first impression of the reception area and foyer was stylish and welcoming. The reception staff were very helpful. Great location. But most importantly, the hotel is extremely spotless and clean, which is what I look for first. Even the glasses, crockery & cutlery were spotless, which is often not the case in many hotels and apartments. High quality fittings, blockout drapes, and I simply loved the décor which made the rooms stylish and comfy, there is nothing cheap about this hotel (except the exceptional rates at present). I will be definitely coming back to Mint to stay whenever I'm in Melbourne for business or pleasure. Margot.

I do not normally write feedback emails but I wanted thank the staff at Melbourne Mint who really could not have done any more for me during my stay.
I was visiting Melbourne from London to attend a wedding. Reception booked me a taxi in plenty of time, but the taxi did not show up. It was a public holiday weekend so taxis were scarce. Four staff members (Rob, Jo and 2 others whose names I did not catch) stood on St Kilda Road with me for more than 30 minutes trying to flag down a taxi but to no avail. In the end Rob drove me to the wedding himself.
The team really did go above and beyond to make sure that I got to that wedding. I cannot thank them enough.
