Broadbeach top service

Our family has been staying at the coast for many years and Easter is one of our favourite times. We discovered staymint online and booked. We arrived after closing and after a quick phone call were greeted at the door. From there the service was exceptional, nothing was a bother and every request was no trouble at all. On entry to the unit and having a look around this was also exceptional, this unit was one of the best equipped I have stayed in. the complex and the pool area and facilities fantastic. we will definitely stay here again and look forward to checking out other mint units.
It felt like home away from home

Definitely well worth the money. From the moment we opened the door and saw the long wide corridor we knew we in for a treat. Massive living space/dining/kitchen - and the bedrooms were impressively huge. The rooms were bright and airy and the carpets soft and fluffy. Huge balcony and spa bath. A great view of the beach and parks right across the street. Beautiful pool, kids pool and spa out the back. We bbq'd almost every night. With an 18 month old, this was the perfect holiday destination with everything so close by. It felt like a home away from home. Will definitely be staying here next summer.
A Pleasant Experience

Just when we thought good old fashioned service had gone with the wind my wife and I recently had the pleasure of booking a holiday with Mint Broadbeach on the Gold Coast. We have to say the staff that met us personally on arrival and showed us personally into our apartment and the parking of our car was somewhat unexpected but most pleasant. Whilst the building now is a little older we thought since the rooms where so spacious it overlooked its age. The staff truly seemed to care about us the guest. They took the time to show us the facilities where all of the dining and shopping was located. It helped our holiday experience be one to be repeated.

We've stayed in Broadbeach a few times a year over the last few years, but haven't always been impressed by our accommodation, though it's our favourite area of the coast. This was our first stay at Mint Broadbeach and I think we've finally found somewhere we'll be very happy to return. In fact, we've already booked our next holiday there. We had a 9th floor, southerly aspect apartment, which was very clean and spacious. The furnishings were relatively up-to-date, and we loved the view. The location was ideal to take our 3 year old daughter to the parks across the road, and it wasn't too far to walk up to the main Broadbeach mall area, and it's many great restaurants. Hotel staff were always friendly and helpful.
