Job Description:-

  • Leading teams of Housekeeping, Food Production and Service, Security in respective Shifts
  • Work Allocation, On the Job Training, Supervision and Performance Evaluation of Hotel Operations Team in respective Shifts
  • Shift In charge of Front Office, Kitchen and Restaurant, Utilities and Hotel Rooms
  • Reservation and Room Allocation in Property Management Software (Hotelogix)
  • Interaction with Guests, Booking / Admin Resources of Corporates
  • Shift Wise Billing, Accounting and Cash/ Credit Card Collection via EDC Machine
  • Local Vendor Development and Purchases for Hotel Operations
  • Coordinating Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance with Engineering Vendors
  • Preparation and compilation of periodic report backs – Night Audit, Operations and Maintenance Checklists, Comprehensive Daily Operations and Incident Reporting, Attendance of team, Local Purchases, Guest Interaction Reports
  • Key Performance Indicators include: Review Scores (Online and Offline), Hotel Operations Costs (Manpower, Utilities, Consumables etc), Team Management, Adherence to SOP and Report backs to Head Quarters

Internships/ Relevant Work Experience:-

Skills & Competencies:-

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RECEIVABLE - EXECUTIVE/ASSISTANT MANAGER/MANAGER

Locations:-Mumbai,Delhi

Job Description:-

  • Accounting and Financial control of multiple Hotel Units distributed into Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable
  • Accounting Entries in Tally or suitable Accounting System
  • Generation of MIS and Report backs for Financial Planning, Tax working or Statutory requirements

Account Payables:-

  • Consolidation and Accounting Entries of products and services purchased or expenses incurred by Hotel Units spread across various cities in India
  • Knowledge of GST and its application according to nature of expense
  • Maintaining list of Creditors and managing payouts as per Cash Flow and Approvals
  • Maintain Cash and Bank entries for the respective Hotel Units
  • Maintaining all bills, invoices and supportings in filing system for archival and retrieval
  • Assisting in preparing budgets and business planning, including budgeting and comparison with actual expenditure
  • Preparing Cheques, Challans, Tax working and any other documents required for payables

Account Receivables:-

  • Checking and Consolidation of Night Audit process of Hotels every day and closure of discrepancies in cash/ credit card and billing to corporate company
  • Documentation and Preparation of Bill to Corporate Company as per Contracted Rates and Terms and Conditions
  • Interaction with Corporate Clients for Billing and Payment Followups
  • Reconciliation of payments received from Online Channels, Travel Agents, Corporate Customers and FIT travelers and closure of accounts periodically

ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE/ASSISTANT MANAGER - ACCOUNTS

Job Description:-

  • Collects financial data from multiple sources to prepare accounting entries, research problems encountered with the data or respond to inquiries regarding the entries.
  • Verifies mathematical accuracy of accounting documents and reports. Determines and makes appropriate corrections.
  • Performs data entry into a sophisticated tracking or reporting system utilizing spreadsheet, database or mainframe applications to develop detailed, complex back-up schedules for accounting entries.
  • Reconciles discrepancies in amounts charged to accounting including complex accounts (e.g., bank accounts) that contain specialized non-recurring transactions.  Researches discrepancies and unusual transactions/issues.  Identifies errors, assesses the impact of the error and proposes corrections.
  • Maintains filing systems within department retrieves documents and responds to requests for information from the documents as necessary.
  • Processes data through an automated accounting system to record items such as operating expenses/accounts payable, travel expenses and other miscellaneous journal entries.  Verifies the accuracy of the entries by analyzing edit reports.
  • Ensure timely compliance of payments and returns of all statutory requirements like GST, TDS, etc.
  • Producing an accurate set of month-end accounts, with comparisons to forecasts and previous periods
  • Assisting in preparing budgets and business planning, including projected revenue
  • Prepare of Cheque Voucher Challan Etc. Daily BRS.
  • Preparation of Bill to company invoices and reconfirming the same with sales and operation team. Post approval forward the invoices to the corporate for payment. Chasing late payments, reporting bad debts and keeping a careful eye on the cash flow
  • Responsible for creating, implementing, monitoring the accounts receivables & accounts payables.
  • Liaising with auditors on interim audits, statutory audits, internal audits etc.
