Personal Trainer Gareth has designed group training programs that can improve your energy levels, enhance movement, optimise work performance and generally leave you with an enhanced sense of wellness and reduced levels of discomfort or pain.
To ensure you receive personal advice and guidance each training session is limited to no more than 8 people at a time. So make sure you book a place when you make your reservation or book in at Reception for Wednesday evening from 6:00pm – 6:45pm or Thursday morning from 6:30am – 7:15am.
At just $10 per session this is the best investment you’ll make.
