Terms and Conditions

Any bookings made online are not valid until acknowledged directly by the property via email  and for Gold Coast properties that the deposit has been deducted from your credit card.

While every effort is made to ensure that the information available and provided from the property is correct, we cannot guarantee that they are free from errors or faults.

By booking accommodation with Mint Hotels & Apartments you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Tariffs

Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Where a booking has been confirmed by the receipt of a deposit, the tariff quoted will be honoured.

*** To confirm a booking, a deposit of $200 is taken at time of booking with the exception of Gold Coast proeprties for bookings 25 December - 25th January annually where a $500 deposit is taken at time of booking.

* *Outstanding balance is to be paid in full on arrival.

* All bookings made via this website and it's booking engine are non commissionable to any travel agents or travel managers

Change of Dates

Booking dates can be altered subject to availability without penalty outside 48 hours to arrival and at the discretion of Management. Accommodation rates will be adjusted accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

  • Gold Coast: When a booking is cancelled outside of 14 days, no cancellation fee will apply.
  • Brisbane: When a booking is cancelled outside of 48 hours, no cancellation fee will apply.
  • Melbourne: When a booking is cancelled outside of 24 hours, no cancellation fee will apply.

Security Deposits

All guests are required to provide credit card details on arrival to cover any miscellaneous charges, a preauthorisation of $200 will be held against this card. Photo identification may also be required to be presented when requested.

Cleanliness/Damages to Apartments

Guests are required to leave apartments in a clean manner or you may be charged for extra cleaning at the discretion of Management. Guests will be held liable for any damage to, or losses in the apartment.

Apartment Cleaning/Servicing

  • Departure Clean: Occurs after all stays regardless of length of stay.
  • Weekly Service: Occurs once only during an 7+ night stay and every week thereafter and includes the replenishing of linen.
  • Daily Service: Not included at any of the QLD properties in offered rates unless previously arranged.  Available at added cost.  A daily "soft service" is included in the room costs of Mint Melbourne St Kilda Rd.

Unit Allocation/Requests

Management will endeavor to grant any requests made by a guest however these requests cannot be guaranteed.
