Corporate Sales - Manager/Senior Manager

Locations:  Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Hyderabad

Job Description:

  • Micro market mapping of Corporate Clients, Travel Agents and Channel Partners in the vicinity of Mint Hotels and prominent Central Business Districts (CBD) of Business Cities
  • Market Intelligence and Analysis to develop Suspect and Prospect List of Corporate Clients
  • Seeking and Executing Sales Appointments through Cold Calling, Linkedin and using Professional References and Networking with Admin, HR, Finance, Procurement Functional Managers of Corporate Clients
  • Email and Face-to-Face Sales Pitching & Presentation on Pan India Mint Hotels Chain
  • Administering Property Walk-Through, Negotiations and Closure of Corporate Contracts
  • Account Management including Corporate Master Creation, Vendor Registration, Setting up Process of Billing to Company, Billing Documentation
  • Relationship Management with Existing Clients – Closure of Feedback received and Credit based Bill to Company Outstanding Payments
  • Sales Planning, Forecasting and Execution including New Client acquisitions, Existing Client Business Utilization and Yield (as per Targets), Relationship Management across hierarchy and creating Sales Funnel for future closures
  • Plan and Execute Sales Promotion and Professional Networking Activities like Familiarization Trips, Trade Shows etc.

Education Qualification:-(Mandatory)
Full Time MBA/ PGDBM in Sales and Marketing from Reputed Institute

Internships/ Relevant Work Experience:-
At least 3 Years Corporate / Institutional Sales Experience
Candidates with Hotels / Hotel Chains experience preferred
Candidates from Banking, Insurance, Financial Product/ Service Industry, IT/ ITES Sales background preferred

Age:- Less than 40 Years
